Processing Time
All of our products are custom-made after you place an order.
We work fast — processing and production typically take just 1–2 business days before your order ships.
Estimated Shipping Times
After processing, your order will ship out with the following estimated delivery times:

United States: 2–5 business days
Please note: If you are outside our shipping zones, we do not currently offer international delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
PrintXArt is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to address issues or goes unclaimed, we can reship it — however, additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable after an order has shipped.
