4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Production Time:
After you place an order, your items are made-to-order and enter the production process. Production times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the product type and seasonal demand. We will do our best to notify you of any significant production delays.
Shipping:
Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on production and shipping logistics.

Delivery Issues:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

International Orders:
