We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. 4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Production Time:
After you place an order, your items are made-to-order and enter the production process. Production times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the product type and seasonal demand. We will do our best to notify you of any significant production delays.

Shipping:
Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on production and shipping logistics.

Delivery Issues:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error or if it is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment; additional shipping fees may apply.

International Orders:
If we offer international shipping, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country.
These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right. We will typically ask for a description and a photo of the issue, and once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
