Returns Policy

At PrintXArt, every product is made-to-order just for you.
We take great care in producing your items! Because of this custom production process, our return and refund policy is a bit different from traditional retail stores.
Please review the details below:


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has a printing error:

Contact Us Within 30 Days:
Please email us at support@printxart.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo showing the defect or damage. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Resolution:
Once we review your request, if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will offer you a free replacement of the same item.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for that item.
You will not be charged any additional shipping or restocking fees for issues that are our responsibility.

In most cases, you do not need to return the defective or damaged item.
Providing a clear photo is usually sufficient.


Cases Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

Wrong Size or Color Ordered:
We provide detailed sizing charts and product descriptions to help you choose accurately.
We cannot offer free replacements or refunds for size or color mistakes made during the ordering process.

Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind:
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind about a product after placing the order.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Incorrect Address Provided:
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order has already shipped, we cannot reship or refund the order for free.
If the package is returned to us, we can arrange to reship it to a correct address, but additional shipping charges may apply.


Important Summary

Since each item is custom-made for you, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.
Therefore, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Email Us:
Contact support@printxart.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and describe the problem clearly.

Attach Photos:
Provide one or more clear photos of the item showing the issue (defect, damage, or error).

Review and Outcome:
We will review your case as quickly as possible.
If the issue qualifies, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
